I wanted to include a link to the "all courses" page, and support right from within lectures. The easiest way for me, was to go into the power editor and add in a link. There might be better ways, but this works for me, for now.
Originally I had a link to my support page in this links area as well, but I've since added a pop up option, so that people can tap right into the knowledge base too. You can find that article here.
