Step 1. Log into your freshdesk account. 

If you don't have one already, you can sign up for a free 30 day trial & then convert back to a free forever account later.

Step 2. In your Freshdesk account go to the admin area and choose the "feedback widget"

Step 3. Customize your widget to match your brand. 

You'll see the changes on the example support tab on the left of your screen as you make changes.

Step 4. Copy your new code for the popup widget

Step 5. Log into teachable and navigate to your power editor.

Inside the power editor scroll down to the "lecture_sidebar" 

I chose to paste my code directly below the (% endif %)

I also added this just before the script code, so that I wouldn't forget what it was when I log in again later.

And then hit the "save" button.

Step 6. Preview one of your course lectures as an enrolled student to see the tab.

You may need to use ctrl + shift + R to do a refresh what you see in the browser for the first time.

It should display in the lecture sidebar, and when you click the tab, it should pop up, like the picture below.
