If I click on "Web Images" and search there, are you saying those are royalty free?

Yes, to be clear, they are images that are uploaded under those licenses on select sites that are known to be aggressive about enforcing DMCA takedowns. you can definitely use your judgement about them, but for the most part they should actually be royalty free images licensed for re-use without attribution.
if you want to double check the image, you can use tineye.com to backtrack original ownership.
