Question: I signed up for the free membership. However, when I try to click the first module of the course it says I need to log in again...so I logged in again, and it said it was successful, but I still can't play the modules.


Answer:

On my end it looks like the course you requested hasn't been added to your account yet. If you still have a coupon code, go back to the page and click the button to add the course to your account. You should see a thank you page right after. If you don't, please let me know and we'll dig farther into the problem.
