I'd like to be able to set up a training so that I can release content at different dates.
Do you know what wordpress plugin or system is the easiest to set this up with?

There are quite a few systems that will deliver content on a drip schedule (similar to the Holistic MBA above). I haven't yet found a "super easy" one unfortunately. Also, all of the ones I've used are for WordPress.
Here is a list of ones I've personally worked with in the past 6 months:
- S2member.com (drip feature is included in the free and paid versions)
- PaidMembershipPro.com (has a free add on for drip content-currently using this plugin at loraleehutton.com)
- Membermouse.com (has drip feature, but I can't recommend them at this time)
You might also want to look at magicmember, digital access pass or ithemes exchange.
One thing I've noticed is that it's pretty important to look at the add-ons available and make sure the other tools you're currently using (or might potentially use in the future) will connect. And that the price of the connecting "add-ons" are within your budget. I've found that some programs (like Exchange) offer the free core version for free, but if I wanted to connect the other pieces of my business to it, I'd need to budget several hundred dollars.
